Donna Grein: Educational Consultant on CES Cadre Staff

This past July, Donna Grein joined our cadre of consultants. She brings a broad background and wealth of experience to CES.

Some of the types of services that Donna can offer to school districts are:

  • Analysis and reporting of data for compliance with Federal (NCLB), state, and local accountability mandates
  • Preparation of Federal- and state-mandated reports such as the School District Report Card and the Safe Schools Report
  • Development and maintenance of databases for the collection and analysis of data related to accountability reporting, program evaluation, and student achievement
  • Training and technical assistance to district administrators, principals, and teachers pertaining to accountability reports, assessment of student achievement, and other related topics
  • Disaggregation of assessment data and preparation of tables, graphs, and reports to enhance data-driven decision-making at school and district levels

Most recently, Donna was the interim coordinator in the Office of Research, Data, Accountability, and Testing for the Santa Fe Public Schools. She also served as research assistant and program support specialist. Donna has held positions in the Office of Planning and Budgets at Michigan State University and the Office of Research and Planning at Albuquerque TVI.

Donna earned the degree of Education Specialist from Michigan State University in Educational Administration with an emphasis in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education. She also holds a Master’s degree from Ferris State University in Occupational Education.
